Our CBD.SEASLS perfluoroether products are produced in 100,000-grade dust-free workshop:

  • Air purification system: The cleanliness of the air is ensured by the three-stage filtration section, such as primary filtration, intermediate filtration and high-efficiency filtration.
  • Temperature and humidity control: the temperature is usually controlled at 20-25℃ and the humidity is controlled at 45%-60% to meet the requirements of the production process.
  • Airflow speed and distribution: The airflow speed is controlled at 0.2-0.5m/s to ensure uniform distribution of air mobility and cleanliness.
  • Pressure control: Positive pressure design is adopted to maintain a certain positive pressure difference to prevent the entry of unclean air from outside.
